摘　　要：Typical green building approaches-using integrated design methods with goal of“a high performance building”or even LEED certification-capture only a fraction of the potential financial and environmental opportunity offered by a more comprehensive sustainability approach.Using a new and innovative methodology-now proven on a growing portfolio of completed projects-design teams and their clients can capture profoundly greater returns from their sustainability investments.
