摘　　要：目的编制恶性肿瘤患者输液港堵塞风险评估量表,并对量表进行信效度检验。方法根据文献分析法初步拟定条目池,采用目的抽样法,于2023年3—5月选取20名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,在2轮德尔菲专家函询的基础上通过层次分析法计算指标权重并赋值,构建风险评估量表。采用便利抽样法,于2023年6—9月选取山西省4所三级甲等医院的278例使用输液港的恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,进行量表项目分析和信效度检验。结果恶性肿瘤患者输液港堵塞风险评估量表包括5个维度,16个一级指标,35个二级指标。量表水平的内容效度指数为0.925,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.818~1.000;经探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为57.081%;受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.815,截断值为24.50分。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.910,折半信度系数为0.762。结论恶性肿瘤患者输液港堵塞风险评估量表具有良好的信效度,预测效能较高,为临床识别输液港堵塞高危人群提供科学依据。ObjectiveTo develop a risk assessment scale for infusion port occlusion in patients with malignant tumors and to test its reliability and validity.MethodsAn initial item pool was constructed based on literature review.Through purposive sampling,two rounds of Delphi consultations with 20 experts were conducted from March to May 2023.Weights were assigned to the indicators using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the risk assessment scale was finalized.From June to September 2023,a convenience sample of 278 malignant tumor patients with infusion ports from four ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in Shanxi Province was selected for item analysis and reliability and validity testing.ResultsThe risk assessment scale for infusion port occlusion in malignant tumor patients includes five dimensions,16 primary indicators,and 35 secondary indicators.The content validity index at the scale level was 0.925,and at the item level ranged from 0.818 to 1.000.A total of five factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 57.081%to the variance.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.815,with a cutoff score of 24.50.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.910,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.762.ConclusionsThe risk assessment scale for infusion port occlusion in malignant tumor patients demonstrates good reliability and validity,and has high predictive power,which provides a scientific basis for identifying high-risk populations in clinical settings.
