摘　　要：目的探讨基于NNN-链接的早期护理干预在儿童孤独症社交障碍中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2023年1—5月在河南省儿童医院康复科住院的孤独症患儿126例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组(n=63)与对照组(n=63)。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施基于NNN-链接的早期护理干预。对比两组患儿干预前后护理诊断"社交障碍"所链接的结局量表、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)得分情况。结果进行早期护理干预后,干预组孤独症患儿的家庭氛围、参与休闲活动、参与玩耍、社交能力及社交参与5项结局指标得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组患儿的CARS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于NNN-链接的早期护理干预能够有效改善孤独症患儿的社交障碍状况,减轻患儿的孤独症症状,促进疾病的好转。ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of early nursing intervention based on NNN-link in social disorders of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD).MethodsA total of 126 hospitalized children with ASD in the Rehabilitation Center of Henan Children's Hospital from January to May 2023 were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling.They were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=63)and a control group(n=63)using a random number table.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group received early nursing intervention based on NNN-link in addition to routine care.The Social Disorder-related Nursing Diagnosis Outcome Scales and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.ResultsAfter the early nursing intervention,the scores for family atmosphere,participation in leisure activities,participation in play,social skills,and social participation were higher in the intervention group compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CARS scores of the intervention group were also lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsEarly nursing intervention based on NNN-link can effectively improve the social disorder conditions of children with ASD,reduce their autism symptoms,and promote recovery.
