摘　　要：目的:探讨二黄新伤软膏+芪藤软坚散结合康复训练对轻中度肩袖损伤患者疼痛症状、关节功能及等速肌力的影响。方法:选取四川省骨科医院和陕西省安康市中心医院2022年1月—2023年4月收治的106例轻中度肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,以随机数字排列表法分为3组,A组:35例,芪藤软坚散结合康复训练治疗;B组:35例,二黄新伤软膏结合康复训练治疗;C组:二黄新伤软膏+芪藤软坚散结合康复训练治疗。三组患者均治疗4周,比较三组患者治疗前、治疗后静息状态及治疗后活动状态下疼痛症状[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]。比较三组患者治疗前后中医症候积分(肩部肿胀、刺痛不移、活动阻碍)、关节功能[Constant-Murley评分(CMS)]及等速肌力测试结果(60°外旋峰力矩值、60°内旋峰力矩值、60°前屈峰力矩值、60°后伸力矩值)。结果:治疗后静息及活动状态下三组患者VAS评分显著低于治疗前,且C组降低幅度大于A组、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后三组患者肩部肿胀、刺痛不移、活动阻碍中医症候积分显著低于治疗前,且C组降低幅度大于A组、B组(P<0.05);三组患者60°外旋峰力矩值、60°内旋峰力矩值、60°前屈峰力矩值、60°后伸力矩值显著高于治疗前,且C组升高幅度大于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论:二黄新伤软膏+芪藤软坚散结合康复训练治疗轻中度肩袖损伤患者可有效缓解其疼痛症状,促进患者肩关节功能恢复。Objective:To explore the influence of external use of traditional Chinese medicines,Erhuang Xinshang ointment plus Qiteng Ruanjian powder,combined with rehabilitation training on pain symptoms, joint function and isokinetic muscle strength in patients with mild⁃to⁃moderate rotator cuff inju⁃ry. Methods: A total of 106 patients with mild to moderate rotator cuff injuries admitted to SichuanOrthopaedic Hospital and Ankang Central Hospital of Shaanxi Province from January 2022 to April2023 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into group A (35 cases, Qiteng Ruanjianpowder combined with rehabilitation training), group B (35 cases, Erhuang Xinshang ointment com⁃bined with rehabilitation training) and group C (36 cases, Erhuang Xinshang ointment + Qiteng Ruanjianpowder combined with rehabilitation training) by the random number table method. The threegroups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. The pain symptoms (Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)) inresting state before and after treatment and in active state after treatment as well as scores of TCMsyndromes (shoulder swelling, tingling pain, mobility obstruction), joint function (Constant⁃MurleyScore (CMS)), and isokinetic muscle strength test results (60 ° external rotation peak torque value,60 ° internal rotation peak torque value, 60 ° antexion peak torque value, 60 ° rear protraction torquevalue) before and after treatment were compared among the three groups. Results: The VAS scores inresting state and active state in the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those be⁃fore treatment, and the decreases in group C were greater than those in group A and group B (P<0. 05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes of shoulder swelling, tingling pain and mobili⁃ty obstruction in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the de⁃creases were significantly greater in group C than those in group A and group B (P<0. 05).
