硫酸盐溶液环境下混凝土工件抗冻融性能研究

摘  要:文中探讨了混凝土工件在硫酸盐溶液环境中的冻融性能,分析了混凝土工件在不同硫酸盐溶液种类、含气量、干燥方式、硫酸盐浓度和冻融温度下的冻融性能。结果表明,混凝土在硫酸镁和硫酸钙溶液中的冻融剥蚀量远大于在水中冻融剥蚀速度,而在硫酸钠溶液中的冻融破坏速度则较慢;热风烘干的处理方式会降低工件的冻融性能;硫酸钠溶液的冻融剥蚀温度界限为-5℃;适量引气能有效提高混凝土在硫酸盐溶液中的抗冻融性能。同时,还探讨了提高混凝土工件在硫酸盐溶液中抗冻融性能的方法与措施。This paper discusses the freeze-thaw performance of concrete workpiece in sulfate solution environment,analyzes the freeze-thaw performance of concrete in different sulfate solution types,air content,drying mode,sulfate concentration and freezing-thaw temperature,concludes that concrete in the magnesium sulfate and calcium sulfate solution is much larger than the water and in sodium sulfate solution is slower;the hot air drying method reduces the freeze-thaw performance of the workpiece;the temperature limit of sodium sulfate solution is-5℃;moderate gas diversion energy effectively improves the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete in sulfate solution.When deicing on concrete roads in northern China,it is not recommended to use magnesium sulfate salt with a large degree of concrete erosion as snow melting agent.Finally,the methods and measures to improve the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete works in sulfate solution.
