摘  要:为制备出性能优异的C55自密实混凝土,文中研究了胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺量、砂率大小以及减水剂掺量对其扩展度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,随着胶凝材料用量增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度逐渐增大。胶凝材料使用量为520 kg/m^(3)时,自密实混凝土的抗压强度最大。随着粉煤灰掺量增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度逐渐增大,抗压强度逐渐减小。随着砂率逐渐增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度和抗压强度均出现先增大后减小的趋势。减水剂不过掺时,随着减水剂掺量逐渐增加,自密实混凝土的扩展度逐渐增大,抗压强度基本不变。In order to prepare C55 self-compacting concrete with excellent performance,the effects of the amount of cementing material,the amount of fly ash,the amount of sand and the amount of water reducing agent on its expansibility and compressive strength were studied.The results show that the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete increases gradually with the increase of the amount of cementing material.When the amount of cementing material is 520kg/m^(3),the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete is the highest.With the increase of fly ash content,the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete increases gradually,and the compressive strength decreases gradually.With the gradual increase of sand rate,the expansibility and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete increase first and then decrease.When superplasticizer is not added,the expansion degree of self-compacting concrete increases gradually with the increase of superplasticizer content,and the compressive strength is basically unchanged.
