摘 要:为了优化水泥的抗渗性能,文中对不同类型水泥材料的抗渗性能进行测试,确定最佳的水泥材料配合比方案并验证其抗渗效果。结果表明,未掺加任何外掺剂的水泥抗渗压力为0.4 MPa,掺入硅灰后水泥的抗渗压力提升了25%。随着无水碳酸钠、甘氨酸以及无水碳酸钠掺量的增加,水泥基材料的抗渗压力比与抗压强度比均表现为先增加后降低的变化趋势,最佳的无水碳酸钠掺量为8%、甘氨酸掺量为4%、氧化镁掺量为8%。掺入合理的外掺剂可以有效增强水泥基材料的抗渗性能、吸水率以及抗压强度。In order to optimize the impermeability of cement,the paper tested the impermeability of different types of cement materials,determined the best mix of cement materials and verified its impermeability effect.The results show that the impermeability pressure of cement without any additive is 0.4MPa,and the impermeability pressure of cement with silica fume is increased by 25%.With the increase of anhydrous sodium carbonate,glycine and anhydrous sodium carbonate,the impermeability pressure ratio and compressive strength ratio of cement-based materials increased first and then decreased.The optimal anhydrous sodium carbonate content was 8%,glycine content was 4%and magnesium oxide content was 8%.The permeability resistance,water absorption and compressive strength of cement-based materials can be effectively enhanced by adding reasonable additives.
