摘 要:蒸压加气混凝土是一种由铝粉发气形成大量孔隙的轻质保温隔热材料,其中的孔结构对蒸压加气混凝土的宏观性能有直接影响。稳泡剂是一种用于膨胀料浆中降低气液固界面张力,从而实现稳定气泡作用的高分子表面活性剂。文中探讨了蒸压加气混凝土中加入稳泡剂对其坯体中宏观孔特征及制品物理力学耐久性能的影响。结果显示,在蒸压加气混凝土原料基准配比不变的情况下,加入占干物料总重0.17%的稳泡剂,可有效改善蒸压加气混凝土膨胀料浆的稠度和流动性,提升发气顺畅性和均匀性,从而改善坯体表面的平整度,并提高蒸压加气混凝土强度6.5%,降低干燥收缩。加入稳泡剂后,降低1.5%胶材用量,仍可制备出与基准配比力学性能相近的合格蒸压加气混凝土制品,同时具有更优异的干燥收缩性能。Autoclaved aerated concrete is a lightweight insulation material that forms a large number of pores through the evaporation of aluminum powder.The pore structure and distribution have a direct impact on the macroscopic properties of autoclaved aerated concrete.Stabilizer is a polymer surfactant used in expanding slurries to reduce the interfacial tension between gas,liquid,and solid,thereby achieving stable bubble formation.This article explores the effect of adding foam stabilizers in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete on the macroscopic pore characteristics and macroscopic mechanical properties of its body.The experimental results show that,with the same reference ratio of raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete,adding 0.17% foam stabilizer can effectively improve the smoothness of gas generation in the expansion slurry of autoclaved aerated concrete,improve the smoothness of the surface of the billet,and increase the strength of autoclaved aerated concrete by 6.5%.After adding a stabilizing agent and reducing the amount of adhesive by 1.5%,qualified autoclaved aerated concrete products with mechanical properties similar to the benchmark ratio can still be prepared,while having better drying shrinkage performance.
