摘 要:旋挖硬咬合工艺因其移机便捷、配套设备简单等优点,相较于全套管咬合桩工艺,在工效和经济效益方面具备显著优势。文中以深圳市南山区后海街道某项目为例,从场地地质条件、旋挖设备固有特征、咬合桩施工组织管理等方面对支护桩侵限的原因进行研究,研究得知,工程地质条件、施工设备工作性能、施工组织等因素对施工质量影响巨大。Because of its advantages such as convenient machine transfer and simple supporting equipment,the rotary digging hard bite process has significant advantages in construction efficiency and economic benefits compared with the full casing biting pile process.Taking a project in Houhai Street,Nanshan District,Shenzhen as an example,this paper studies the causes of support pile encroachment from the aspects of site geological conditions,inherent characteristics of rotary digging equipment,construction organization and management of occluding pile,etc.The research shows that geological conditions,construction equipment performance,construction organization and other factors have a great impact on construction quality.
