高层建筑梁式转换层施工技术探析

摘　　要：随着国家经济的快速发展,城市建设的步伐也随之加快,对房屋质量和使用性能也有了更高的要求。为适应这一需求,在城市建设中,需适当调整建筑的结构形式,从而引出“转换层”这一概念。梁式转换层是高层建筑中常用的一种施工方法,可有效解决各层上部和下部结构的过渡问题。基于此,文中对高层建筑中梁式转换层的施工技术进行全面探析。With the rapid development of the national economy,the pace of urban construction has also accelerated,which not only requires the quality of housing,but also has higher requirements for the performance of housing use.To meet this demand,in urban construction,it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments to its structural form according to the needs,thus introducing the concept of "transition layer".Beam type transfer floors are a commonly used construction method in high-rise buildings,which can effectively solve the transition problem between the upper and lower structures of each floor.Based on this,this article comprehensively analyzes the construction technology of beam type transfer floors in high-rise buildings,in order to promote such projects to a certain extent.
