摘　　要：文中通过对清水混凝土材料的模板选择与处理,浇筑与振捣工艺以及养护方式方面进行分析,采用BIM技术及数控机对模板进行深化加工,提升了明缝和蝉缝的美观度。在浇筑与振捣工艺中采用分层浇筑方式施工及铺设串筒的方式来解决振捣棒无法振捣的位置,能有效改善清水混凝土蜂窝、麻面等现象,达到清水混凝土的标准要求。According to the analysis of the template selection and processing,pouring and vibration process and maintenance of fair-faced concrete materials,this paper adopts BIM technology and CNC machine to deepen the processing of the template,which improves the clear and beautiful lines of the open joints and the cicada joints.In the pouring and vibration process,the layered pouring method and the laying of stringers are used to solve the position where the vibrating rod can not vibrate,which can effectively improve the phenomena of honeycomb and pockmarked surface of fair-faced concrete.
