摘 要:为了探究建筑高度对框架-核心筒结构造价的影响,文中主要对不同设防烈度(5.5°、7.5°)下框架-核心筒建筑材料用量及其造价与建筑高度(100、200、300、400 m)的联系进行分析。结果表明,当设防烈度为5.5°时,总造价-建设高度曲线的增加斜率为1.11元/m^(3);当设防烈度为7.5°时,总造价-建设高度曲线的增加斜率为1.49元/m^(3)。7.5°设防烈度的钢材造价比5.5°设防烈度的提高55%~84%,7.5°设防烈度的混凝土造价比5.5°设防烈度的提高20%~24%,7.5°设防烈度总工程造价比5.5°设防烈度提高47%~72%。In order to analyze the influence of building height on the cost of frame-core tube structure,the paper mainly analyzes the relationship between the amount of building materials and the cost of frame-core tube and the building height(100,200,300,400 m) under different fortification intensity(5.5°,7.5°).The results show that when the fortification intensity is 5.5°,the increasing slope of the total cost-construction height curve is 1.11 yuan/m^(3).When the fortification intensity is 7.5°,the increase slope of the total cost-construction height curve is 1.49 yuan/m^(3).The steel cost of 7.5° fortified intensity is 55%~84% higher than that of 5.5° fortified intensity,the concrete cost of 7.5° fortified intensity is 20%~24% higher than that of 5.5° fortified intensity,and the total engineering cost of 7.5° fortified intensity is 47%~72% higher than that of 5.5° fortified intensity.
