摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是常见的糖尿病慢性并发症之一,可导致视力的不可逆损伤,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,中医药以其独特的理论体系和丰富的实践经验,逐渐成为治疗DR的重要选择。本文通过对中药单体及复方干预DR相关文献进行查阅,重点整理动物、植物中药来源单体、组方与中西医联合用药在DR治疗中的作用及其作用机制,以期为DR的临床治疗与新药研发提供参考依据。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes,which can lead to irreversible damage of vision and seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In recent years,with its unique theoretical system and rich practical experience,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gradually become an important choice for the treatment of DR.Based on the literature review of TCM monomer and compound intervention in DR,this paper focused on the application and mechanism of TCM monomer from animal and plant,prescription composition and combined medicine in DR treatment,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of DR And the research and development of new drugs.
