氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压的效果及对患者心血管活性肽、动脉硬化和血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压患者心血管活性肽及动脉硬化相关指标的影响。方法:选择2022年6月—2023年6月于医院接受治疗的74例高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组行苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组行氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个月时血压、心血管活性肽、动脉硬化指标及血脂指标水平。结果:治疗3个月时,观察组收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Salusin-α及ghrelin高于对照组,Salusin-β低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肱踝脉搏波传导速度(BaPWV)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)低于对照组,踝臂指数(ABI)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可改善高血压患者的心血管活性肽水平,有效控制血脂水平,控制动脉硬化进展。Objective:To investigate the effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets on cardiovascular active peptide and arteriosclerosis related indexes in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 74 patients with hypertension who were treated in the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 37 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The levels of blood pressure,cardiovascular active peptide,arteriosclerosis index and blood lipid index were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Salusin-α and ghrelin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and Salusin-β was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(BaPWV)and homocysteine(Hcy)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the ankle brachial index(ABI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets can improve the level of cardiovascular active peptide in patients with hypertension,effectively control the level of blood lipid and control the progress of arteriosclerosis.
