摘　　要：目的:研究痹祺胶囊联合木丹颗粒治疗腰间盘突出症的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—12月我院收治的80例腰间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以木丹颗粒治疗,观察组予以痹祺胶囊和木丹颗粒联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、血清丙二醛(MDA)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腰痛、腰椎活动受限、腰膝酸软和下肢窜痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清SOD水平高于治疗前,PGE2、MDA及5-HT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊联合木丹颗粒治疗腰间盘突出症的效果较佳,能明显减轻症状,调节炎症因子和氧化应激水平。Objective:To study the effect of Biqi capsules combined with Mudan granules in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 80patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Mudan granules,and the observation group was treated with Biqi capsules combined with Mudan granules.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,serum malondialdehyde(MDA),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of low back pain,lumbar activity limitation,lumbar and knee weakness and lower limb pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum SOD level in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of PGE2,MDA and 5-HT were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biqi capsule combined with Mudan granule has a better effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can significantly reduce symptoms,regulate inflammatory factors and oxidative stress levels.
