中药封包联合循经络按摩辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中药封包结合循经络按摩对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状、心功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取平顶山市中医医院2022年10月—2024年2月间收治的96例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,以信封随机法分为对照组(循经络按摩治疗)和观察组(中药封包结合循经络按摩治疗),各48例。两组连续干预4周,比较两组临床症状、心功能和生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组各中医证候积分低于对照组,每搏输出量(SV)、射血分数(FF)水平高于对照组,健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包结合循经络按摩可改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者胸痛、心悸等症状,促进心功能恢复,对其生活质量的提高具有积极意义。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with meridian massage on clinical symptoms,cardiac function and quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 96 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group(meridian massage therapy)and observation group(traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with meridian massage therapy),with 48 patients in each group.The clinical symptoms,cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of continuous intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of stroke volume(SV)and ejection fraction(FF)were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of health survey summary table(SF-36)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine package combined with meridian massage can improve the symptoms of chest pain and palpitation in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and have positive significance for the improvement of their quality of life.
