真武汤合血府逐瘀汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHD-CHF)患者采用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月我院收治的176例CHD-CHF患者为研究对象。以抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各88例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取真武汤合血府逐瘀汤进行辅助治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、心功能水平、血清因子、症状改善情况、不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组胸闷、水肿、心悸、呼吸困难、疲倦乏力积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVESV、LVEDV低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NT-proBNP、cTnI、ET-1低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Lee氏心力衰竭评分低于对照组,6MWT大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:在标准化治疗方案的基础上,应用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤进行辅助治疗能改善CHD-CHF患者症状严重程度,促使心功能恢复,且安全性高。Objective:To analyze the effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease(CHD-CHF).Methods:A total of 176 patients with CHD-CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 88 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function levels,serum factors,symptom improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,edema,palpitation,dyspnea and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).LVESV and LVEDV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).NT-proBNP,cTnI and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Lee's heart failure score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 6MWT was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of standardized treatment,the application of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction for adjuvant treatment can improve the severity of symptoms in patients with CHD-CHF,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and has high safety.
