重症监护新生儿脐静脉置管用药过程中应用集束化护理的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理在新生儿重症监护室患儿脐静脉置管用药的效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年2月本院产科出生且需要新生儿重症监护室进行诊治的患儿88例作为研究对象,根据随机原则把患儿分为实验组44例与对照组44例,所有患儿都给予脐静脉置管用药治疗,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组护理基础上给予集束化护理,两组护理观察时间为7d,比较两组临床指标、用药依从性。生存质量及家长满意度。结果:实验组脐静脉导管留置时间、开始喂养时间、脐静脉置管穿刺时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理7d期间用药依从性、CLS-NB生存质量评分、家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理在新生儿重症监护室患儿脐静脉置管用药中可缩短脐静脉导管留置时间、开始喂养时间、脐静脉置管穿刺时间,提高用药依从性,也可提高患儿的生存质量与家长满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on umbilical vein catheterization in neonates in neonatal intensive care unit.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,88 children born in the obstetrics department of our hospital and requiring diagnosis and treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit were selected as the research objects.According to the random principle,the children were divided into experimental group(44 children)and control group(44children).All the children were treated with umbilical vein catheterization.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given cluster nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing observation time of the two groups was 7 days.The clinical indicators and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Quality of life and parental satisfaction.Results:The indwelling time of umbilical vein catheter,the time of starting feeding and the puncture time of umbilical vein catheter in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance,CLS-NB quality of life score and parents'satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group during 7 days of nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing can shorten the indwelling time of umbilical vein catheter,start feeding time and puncture time of umbilical vein catheter,improve medication compliance,and improve the quality of life and parents'satisfaction in neonates with umbilical vein catheterization in neonatal intensive care unit.
