摘 要:目的:探讨Teach-back健康教育在银屑病患者药物治疗期间的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月本院就诊的银屑病患者100例进行研究,按照随机分化法将上述患者分为对照组(n=50)、观察组(n=50)。两组患者均采取司库奇尤单抗注射液治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组则实施Teach-back健康教育进行干预。对比两组临床疗效、银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分、应对方式变化情况。结果:干预后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,PASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组面对评分高于对照组,而回避、屈服评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back健康教育在银屑病患者药物治疗期间的效果较好,可改善临床症状,使得患者应对疾病的方式发生变化,利于患者病情的恢复。Objective:To explore the application effect of Teach-back health education in patients with psoriasis during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 100 patients with psoriasis who were treated in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random differentiation method.Both groups were treated with Secukinumab Injection.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received Teach-back health education for intervention.The clinical efficacy,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and coping style changes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the PASI score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The confrontation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teach-back health education has a good effect on patients with psoriasis during drug treatment,which can improve clinical symptoms,change the way patients cope with the disease,and facilitate the recovery of patients'condition.
