循证护理应用在下肢深静脉血栓患者术后药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究循证护理在下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者介入术后那屈肝素钙注射液治疗期间的应用效果。方法:选取我院于2021年1月—2024年1月间收治的80例下肢DVT患者,采用简单随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组40例。B组予以常规护理干预,A组在常规护理基础上予以循证护理干预。比较两组干预前后生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果:两组干预后WHOQOL-BREF量表4个维度评分高于干预前,且A组高于B组(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05);A组出院时护理满意度高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢DVT患者介入术后那肝素钙注射液治疗期间,循证护理可提高患者生活质量,有助于减少术后并发症,且患者护理满意度更高。Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)during the treatment of nadroparin calcium injection after interventional therapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lower extremity DVT admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into group A and group B by simple random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Group B was given routine nursing intervention,and group A was given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)],complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of four dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF scale in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group A at discharge was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of heparin calcium injection in patients with lower extremity DVT after interventional therapy,evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of life of patients,help to reduce postoperative complications,and patients'nursing satisfaction is higher.
