海南习用药材藿香蓟质量标准研究

摘　　要：为研究制定海南习用药材藿香蓟(Ageratum conyzoides)的质量标准,根据《中国药典》中药质量标准研制规范,对藿香蓟药材进行性状、显微鉴别,采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量。明确了藿香蓟的性状特征和显微结构特征,建立了具有藿香蓟的专属性薄层鉴别方法;明确了藿香蓟药材中水分含量不得超过9.00%,总灰分含量不得超过10.00%,水溶性浸出物含量不低于14.00%。这一标准为藿香蓟药材质量控制、市场流通等标准化提供参考依据,促进海南习用药材藿香蓟高质量发展。In order to establish the quality standard for the commonly used medicinal herb Ageratum conyzoides in Hainan,according to the standards and specifications for the development of traditional Chinese medicine quality in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the morphological characteristics and microscopic identification of Ageratum conyzoides were conducted.Thin-layer chromatography was used for qualitative identification.The moisture content,to-tal ash content,acid-insoluble ash content,and extractive content were determined.The morphological characteristics and microscopic structural features of Ageratum conyzoides have been clearly defined,and a specific thin-layer identifica-tion method for Ageratum conyzoides has been established.It has been clarified that the moisture content in Ageratum conyzoides should not exceed 9.00%,the total ash content should not exceed 10.00%,and the water-soluble extract con-tent should not be less than 14.00%.This standard serves as a reference for quality control and standardized market circu-lation of Ageratum conyzoides,thereby promoting the high-quality development of Ageratum conyzoides as a commonly used medicinal herb in Hainan.
