摘　　要：1.Introduction.The Immunization Agenda 2030 outlined the importance of capacity building for researchers,regulators and public health officials at national,regional and local levels in its multiple strategic priorities for building an effective immunization programme[1].The mission of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences focuses on frontier science and applied biotechnology to address the challenges for both the development of the country as well as world sustainability,facing the forefront of the global scientific and technological advances,to compete on the main economic battlefield,and to address the major needs of the country and for the lives and health of the people.
