摘 要:为评价等碳量施用条件下不同有机物料的土壤有机碳转化效率,及其对土壤腐殖质组成的影响,采用田间微区试验,通过设置未添加有机物料的对照处理(ck)、生物质炭(Bc)、玉米秸秆(CS)、木本泥炭(WP)、草本泥炭(HP)共5个处理,研究施入等碳量的不同有机物料对土壤有机碳转化效率及腐殖质各组分碳量的影响。连续2年的试验结果表明:与ck相比,施用等碳量的不同有机物料显著提高土壤有机碳含量3.08%~7.12%,土壤有机碳转化效率为22.03%~53.48%,随施入时间延长,施用生物质炭和木本泥炭的土壤有机碳转化效率高于玉米秸秆和草本泥炭。施用不同有机物料显著提高土壤胡敏酸含量3.72%~29.75%,且施用木本泥炭与草本泥炭处理对胡敏酸形成的促进作用高于生物质炭与玉米秸秆处理,而施用生物质炭则显著提高土壤胡敏素含量,木本泥炭对提升土壤有机质腐殖化程度影响最大。该结果为选择不同有机物料进行固碳与提升土壤肥力提供了科学依据。To evaluate soil organic carbon conversion efficiency of different organic materials under equal carbon application conditions and their effects on soil humus composition,a field micro area experiment was conducted to study the effects of different organic materials on soil organic carbon conversion efficiency and humus component carbon content by setting up five treatments:control treatment(ck)without added organic materials,biochar(Bc),corn stover(CS),woody peat(WP),and herbaceous peat(HP).The results of the experiment for two consecutive years showed that:the soil organic carbon conversion efficiency and the amount of carbon in each humus component were affected by the application of different organic materials with equal carbon content.Soil organic carbon content was increased by 3.08%-7.12%and soil organic carbon conversion efficiency by 22.03%-53.48%compared with ck,and soil organic carbon conversion efficiency of soil application of biomass peat and woody peat was higher than that of corn straw and herbaceous peat with the increase of application time.Application of different organic materials significantly increased soil humic acid content from 3.72%to 29.75%,and the promotion of humic acid formation was higher with woody peat and herbaceous peat treatments than with biomass peat and corn stover treatments,while application of biomass peat significantly increased soil humic acid content,and woody peat had the greatest effect on enhancing soil organic matter humification.The results of the study provide a scientific basis for selecting different organic materials for carbon sequestration and enhancing soil fertility.
