摘 要:通过5年田间连续定位试验,研究免耕秸秆覆盖(T1)、深耕秸秆还田(T2)、三年一次深耕秸秆还田(T3)、玉米大豆间作(T4)、传统耕作(T5)5种不同耕作方式对黑土土壤的化学性质及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:秸秆还田的T1,T2,T3处理较无秸秆还田的T4,T5处理均有利于土壤养分的累积和酶活性的提高。在秸秆还田处理中,T3处理较T1处理、T2处理均能显著提高土壤有机碳、全氮、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量以及土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性。冗余分析表明,不同耕作方式下的土壤化学性质因子很好地解释了酶活性的变异,土壤酶活性的差异主要受碳氮元素的影响。Through 5 years of continuous field experiment,this study investigated the effects of five different tillage methods on the chemical properties and soil enzyme activities of black soil:no tillage straw cover(T1),deep tillage straw return(T2),deep tillage straw return once every three years(T3),corn and soybean intercropping(T4),and traditional tillage(T5).The results showed that the treatments of T1,T2 and T3 with straw returning to the field were more beneficial to the accumulation of soil nutrients and the increase of enzyme activity than T4 and T5 treatments without straw returning to the field.Among the treatments of returning straw to the field,T3 treatment(deep tillage straw return once every three years)could significantly increase soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium content and soil sucrase,catalase,urease,acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities compared with T1 and T2 treatments.Redundancy analysis showed that the chemical properties of soil under different tillage methods effectively explained the variation of enzyme activities,and the differences in soil enzyme activities were mainly affected by carbon and nitrogen elements.
