摘 要:研制1种用于种草改良苏打盐碱土的水热炭源改良剂,采用生物盆栽方法,研究水热炭源改良剂对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)和羊草(Leymus chinensis)生长及根际土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着改良剂用量的增加2种牧草的出苗率呈先升高后降低的趋势,并均在施用量为20 g/kg时达到最高,与不施改良剂相比,2茬紫花苜蓿的出苗率分别增加66.34%,24.53%,羊草分别增加39.35%,17.39%。随着改良剂用量的增加,2茬牧草的地上和地下部位干质量也均呈先上升后下降的趋势,在20 g/kg用量时,两茬紫花苜蓿地上部干质量分别增加178.41%,37.03%,根系干质量分别增加249.34%,56.74%;羊草地上部干质量分别增加70.07%,29.35%,根系干质量分别增加104.58%,23.36%。并且此时根际土壤的过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蛋白酶含量也达到最大值,紫花苜蓿分别增加5.12%,48.49%,31.64%,19.43%;羊草分别增加4.16%,53.80%,23.34%,11.03%。综上,种草改良苏打盐碱土是较为合理的改良方式之一,该改良剂可以促进牧草根系生长,提高其生物量,在施用量为20 g/kg时,改良效果较好。A hydrothermal carbon source amendment aimed to plant grass to improve soda salinealkali soil was developed in this study.Its effects on the growth of Medicago sativa and Leymus chinensis and the enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil were studied by biological pot experiment.The results showed that the emergence rate of the two forages increased first and then decreased with the increase of amendment applying amount,and reached the highest at the application rate of 20 g/kg.Compared to the control treatment,the emergence rate of Medicago sativa increased by 66.34%and 24.53%,and Leymus chinensis increased by 39.35%and 17.39%,respectively.With the increase of the application amount,the dry weight of aboveground and underground parts of the two crops also increased first and then decreased.At 20 g/kg,the dry weight of aboveground parts of the two crops of Medicago sativa increased by 178.41%and 37.03%,and the dry weight of root increased by 249.34%and 56.74%,respectively.The aboveground dry weight of Leymus chinensis increased by 70.07%and 29.35%,and the dry weight of root increased by 104.58%and 23.36%,respectively.Meanwhile,the contents of catalase,alkaline phosphatase,urease and protease in rhizosphere soil also reached the highest value,which were increased by 5.12%,48.49%,31.64%and 19.43%for Medicago sativa,and 4.16%,53.80%,23.34%and 11.03%for Leymus chinensis,respectively.In a word,planting grass is one of the reasonable methods to improve soda saline-alkali soil.This soil amendment can promote the growth of grass roots and increase their biomass at the application amount of 20 g/kg.
