摘  要:研究不同有机培肥措施对盐碱土水稳性团聚体组成及特征的影响,以施用有机物料的盐碱土为试验对象,设置了不施入物料(ck)、水稻秸秆全量还田(SR)、腐熟鸡粪(C)、腐熟猪粪(P)、生物质炭(B),共5个处理。采用传统评价方法和基于扫描电镜(SEM)图像利用Image-Pro Plus定量描述的方法,研究不同有机培肥措施对盐碱土土壤水稳性团聚体组成及特征的影响,分析团聚体组成及特征间相关关系。结果表明:与ck处理相比,在不同有机培肥措施下,各处理影响土壤不同粒径团聚体的分布及其有机碳的含量,<0.053 mm粉黏粒团聚体组分显著降低,增加其他粒级的团聚体含量。有机培肥各处理较ck处理均增加土壤2~0.25 mm的团聚体含量,增加11.43%~14.76%,其大小排序为B>C>P>SR>ck。增加了土壤团聚体平均重量直径和几何平均直径,降低了土壤不稳定团粒指数和土壤分形维数。在形态特征方面,有机培肥措施同样能增加盐碱土团聚体面积、等圆直径、偏心率、成圆度,减少盐碱土团聚体轮廓分形维数,说明有机培肥措施对团聚体团粒结构有改善作用。团聚体组成及特征各参数相关性分析表明,团聚体组成及特征各参数间具有一定相关关系,说明有机培肥措施改善了团聚体组成,同样改善了团聚体形态特征。The effects of different organic fertilization measures on composition and characteristics of water-stable aggregates in saline-alkali soil were studied.The saline-alkali soil with organic materials was selected as the test object,and five treatments were set up,including no-application material(ck),total return of rice straw(SR),decomposed chicken manure(C),decomposed pig manure(P)and biochar(B).Using traditional evaluation methods and Image-Pro Plus quantitative description method based on scanning electron microscopy(SEM)images,the effects of different organic fertilization measures on the composition and characteristics of soil water-stable aggregates in saline-alkali soil were studied,and the correlation between aggregate composition and characteristics was analyzed.The results showed that compared with ck treatment,different organic fertilization measures affected the distribution of aggregates with different particle sizes and the content of organic carbon in soil.The composition of<0.053 mm powder clay aggregates decreased significantly,and the content of other aggregates increased.Compared with ck treatment,organic fertilization measures increased soil aggregate content by 2-0.25 mm,with an increase of 11.43%-14.76%.The order of organic fertilization measures was B>C>P>SR>ck.The mean mass diameter and geometric mean diameter of soil aggregates were increased,and the unstable aggregate index,the failure rate of soil aggregates and the fractal dimension of soil were decreased.In terms of morphological characteristics,organic fertilization measures can also increase area,diameter,eccentricity and roundness of saline-alkali soil aggregates,and reduce fractal dimension of the outline of saline-alkali soil aggregates,indicating that organic fertilization measures can improve aggregate structure.Correlation analysis of aggregate composition and characteristic parameters showed that there was a certain correlation between aggregate composition and characteristic parameters,indicating that organic fertilization m
