摘　　要：研究基于德尔菲法、模糊层次分析法和问卷调查法,构建了中华文化海外传播效果评估体系。经过专家对初拟评估体系的修订、验证优化、指标赋权后,结合模糊综合评价法,选取英国爱丁堡大学孔子学院作为对象,进行传播效果实证评估。研究结果显示,所构建的评价体系可以有效评估传播效果,并为海外中华文化活动的举办及评估提供参考。This study constructs an evaluation system for the effects of overseas communication of Chinese culture,using methods such as the Delphi method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),and questionnaire surveys.After expert revisions,validation,optimization,and weighting of the initial evaluation system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to conduct an empirical assessment of the dissemination effectiveness,using the Confucius Institute at the University of Edinburgh as the research subject.The research results indicate that the constructed evaluation system can effectively assess the dissemination effects and provide valuable references for organizing and evaluating overseas Chinese cultural activities.
