摘　　要：2023年底中央经济工作会议明确提出,要以科技创新推动产业创新,特别是以颠覆性技术和前沿技术催生新产业、新模式、新动能,发展新质生产力。新质生产力,即由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级而催生的先进生产力。党的二十届三中全会进一步提出,要健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制。“因地制宜”成为各部门各领域各类主体发展新质生产力的重要方法论。语言生活领域也必然存在新质生产力,也要“因地制宜”发展新质生产力。那么,何为语言生活领域中的新质生产力?其表现为什么样态?有哪些高质量发展的路径?这些都是值得语言学研究者思考、探究的重要问题。为此,本刊以“语言新质生产力的内涵、样态和发展路径”为论题发表系列笔谈文章,尝试作出回答。At the end of 2023,the Central Economic Work Conference clearly put forward the need to promote industrial innovation through scientific and technological innovation,especially the use of disruptive and frontier technologies to give rise to new industries,new modes and new dynamics,and the development of new quality productive forces.New quality productive forces refer to advanced productive forces emerging from revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative reallocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further proposed to improve the institutions and mechanisms for fostering new quality productive forces in line with local conditions.“Adapting to local conditions”has become an important methodology for the development of new quality productive forces by all kinds of subjects in all sectors and fields.In the field of language and life,there must be new quality productive forces,and new productive forces should also be developed“according to local conditions”.Therefore,what are the new quality productive forces in the field of language and life?What are its manifestations?What are the paths of high-quality development?All these are important questions for linguistic researchers to think about and explore.For this reason,this journal has published a series of articles under the topic of“The Meaning,Form and Developing Path of Language New Quality Productive Forces”to try to answer these questions.
