摘  要:本文通过搭建实验平台,在实船加装船舶压载水处理系统后跟踪船舶压载水余氯衰减与保持时间的关系得出了船舶压载水电解法处理的余氯衰减规律,并根据电解海水的余氯衰减数值反推出中和药剂配置控制方程,根据控制方程进行了相关船舶压载水控制系统程序优化,该方案在十余船上进行了推广测试,实际中和药剂消耗量降低30%以上。In this paper,an experiment is carried out to track the relationship between the residual chlorine attenuation and holding time after Ballast Water Management System(BWMS) is installed on the actual ship.The attenuation law of residual chlorine treated by the ship ballast water electrolysis method is obtained.The control equation of neutralizing agent configuration is derived according to the attenuation value of residual chlorine in electrolysis seawater.According to the control equation,the corresponding program of the ship ballast water control system is optimized.The actual consumption of neutralizing agent is reduced by more than 30% through experimental tests on more than ten ships.
