摘  要:本文简述了吊舱推进器的组成与优势,介绍了冰区吊舱推进器相较于普通吊舱推进器的特点,包括高强度与抗冲击、转矩过载倍数高和高强度不锈钢螺旋桨等。文章还分析了ABB、Kongsberg、GE、武汉船用机械有限公司、武汉船用电力推进装置研究所等国内外主流厂家冰区吊舱推进器产品的现状。指出了冰区吊舱推进器关键技术及发展方向,包括高转矩抗过载电磁优化设计、电机高效冷却集成设计、舱内可维修式轴承密封设计、水下结构物多部件耦合效应研究等。纵观吊舱发展过程,我们迫切需要研发具有自主知识产权的冰区吊舱推进器,提升我国在全球船舶制造领域的竞争力。This paper briefly describes the composition and advantages of podded propulsion system and introduces the characteristics of ice-class podded propulsion system compared with ordinary podded propulsion system,including high strength and impact resistance,high torque overload multiples,and high-strength stainless steel propellers.It also analyzes the current status of ice-class podded propulsion system units from mainstream manufacturers at home and abroad,such as ABB,Kongsberg,GE,Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Co.,Ltd.,and Wuhan Institute of Marine Electric Propulsion.It points out the key technologies and development directions of podded propulsion system in the ice region,including high-torque and overload-resistant electromagnetic optimisation design,efficient integrated motor cooling design,repairable bearing seal design inside the pod,and research on the coupling effects of multiple underwater structural components.Looking back the development history of podded propulsion systems,we urgently need to develop ice-class podded propulsion system with independent intellectual property rights to enhance our national competitiveness in the global shipbuilding field.
