摘  要:为实现节能降耗,需对贵冶选矿车间的浮选机进行改造。文中给出了浮选机传动结构及技术参数。提出了改造方案:去掉皮带轮传动链、异步电动机、轴承和支撑架等部件,采用低速空心轴转子的永磁同步电动机直接驱动搅拌轴与叶轮。样机运行数据显示,节电率提高了28%。To meet the requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction,it is necessary to renovate the flotation machine in the beneficiation workshop of Gui Ye.This paper provides the transmission structure and technical parameters of the flotation machine.A modification plan is proposed to remove components such as the belt pulley transmission chain,synchronous motor,bearings and support frame.This paper adopts Permanent magnet synchronous motor with low-speed hollow shaft rotor which directly drives the stirring shaft and impeller..The prototype operation data shows that the energy-saving rate has increased by 28%.
