摘  要:选用3种常见的含甲基环戊烷质量分数分别为2.64%,3.84%,5.04%的非芳烃抽余油原料,利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件探究了5 kt/a正己烷装置两塔(脱轻塔、己烷塔)的精馏优化操作参数,以确保装置正己烷终产品质量合格(含甲基环戊烷质量分数不大于15%)。结果表明:模拟值与实际生产数据相接近,所建模型准确可用。当原料含甲基环戊烷质量分数低于5.1%,且脱轻塔进料量以8.5 t/h满负荷运行时,可通过调整己烷塔塔底温度、回流量、塔顶产物采出量的措施,既可保证各馏出口采样分析结果达标,又确保己烷塔塔顶馏分及装置正己烷产品质量合格。在保证脱轻塔塔顶、塔底馏出物中正己烷含量受控且维持不变条件下,当非芳烃抽余油原料含甲基环戊烷质量分数在2.6%~5.1%以1.2个百分点的增幅变化时,己烷塔的塔底温度降低1~2℃,回流量增加2~5 m^(3)/h,塔顶采出量降低50~100 kg/h,可保证正己烷终产品质量合格。Three kinds of common non-aromatic raffinate oil feedstocks containing methyl cyclopentane with mass fraction of 2.64%,3.84%and 5.04%were selected,respectively.Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to explore the fine distillation optimization operation parameters of two towers(light-component removal tower and hexane tower)in a 5 kt/a n-hexane unit,so as to ensure that the quality of n-hexane final product of this unit qualified with the mass fraction of methyl cyclopentane not exceeding 15%.The results indicated that the simulated values were close to the actual production data,and the constructed simulation model was accurate and usable.When the mass fraction of methyl cyclopentane within the raw material was less than 5.1%and the feeding amount of the light-component removal tower was operated at full load of 8.5 t/h,the measures should be taken such as adjusting the bottom temperature,reflux rate and top extraction amount of the hexane tower,by dong so to ensure that not only the sampling testing results of each distillate outlet could meet the indexes,but also the quality of the top distillate of the hexane tower and the final n-hexane products of this unit would be qualified.Under the premise of ensuring the content of n-hexane both in the top distillate and bottom distillate of the light-component removal tower were controlled and maintained constant,when the mass fraction of methyl cyclopentane in the non-aromatic raffinate feedstock increased by 1.2 percentage points from 2.6%to 5.1%,the parameters of the hexane tower varied as follows:the bottom temperature decreased by 1-2℃,the reflux amount increased by 2-5 m^(3)/h,and the top extraction amount decreased by 50-100 kg/h,meanwhile,the quality of final n-hexane products were qualified.
