摘  要:综述了国内外聚烯烃催化剂用醇镁载体制备工艺技术的发展现状,主要包括球形氯化镁载体的5种工艺制备技术、类球形乙氧基镁载体的3种工艺制备技术。并指出,其今后的研发应注重3点:(1)持续优化类球形乙氧基镁载体的制备工艺,重点改进其颗粒形态,优化其粒径分布等表观性能,拓展其平均粒径调控范围,制备平均粒径小至10μm的类球形乙氧基镁载体;(2)引入形态修饰剂、孔结构调控剂等新功能性物质,不断发展球形MgCl_(2)改性技术;(3)将超重力剪切分散、化学固化成型等新型微球颗粒制备技术应用到球形MgCl_(2)载体制备工艺中,以快速实现其制备技术的迭代。The development status of the preparation technology of magnesium ethoxide carriers for polyolefin catalysts at home and abroad was reviewed,mainly including 5 kinds of preparation technologies of spherical MgCl_(2)carriers and 3 kinds of preparation technologies of near-spherical magnesium ethylate carriers.It was pointed out that such 3 below concerning issues for the future research and development should be focused on:(1)continuously optimize the preparation process of near-spherical magnesium ethylate carriers,and give priority to improve their apparent properties such as particle morphology and particle size distribution,and expand their average particle size control range,so as to prepare near-spherical magnesium ethylate carriers with an average particle size as small as 10μm;(2)continuously develop the modification technology of spherical MgCl_(2)carriers via the introduction of new functional substances such as morphological modifiers and pore structure regulators;(3)apply the new microsphere particle preparation technologies such as hypergravity shear dispersion and chemical curing moulding to the preparation process of spherical MgCl_(2)carriers,so as to quickly realize the iteration of their preparation technologies.
