从应用原则出发探索构建军校外语学科链的可能性——以俄罗斯彼得大帝战略火箭军学院为例

摘　　要：为应对新时期复杂多变的国际局势,维护国家和平稳定发展,加强沟通和交流,国防和军队建设亟须补充军事+俄语的复合型军官人才。作为生长军官能力素养培育中的重要一环,加强学员的俄语实际应用能力迫在眉睫。面对公共俄语在军校开展的必要性和困境,以外语学习六项基本原则为依托,结合军校实际,提出新的应用原则。通过分析俄罗斯彼得大帝战略火箭军学院外语课程设置,探索国内军校俄语教学以军事实践为导向,建构外语—军事—专业学科链的可能性,使学员不仅能够运用俄语知识完成科研任务及人际沟通任务,还能助力军事专业水平的提高。In order to deal with the complex and changing international situation in the new period,maintain national peace,stability,and development,as well as strengthen communication and exchange,the national defense and army construction must urgently replenish the composite military officer talents of military plus Russian language.It is critical to strengthen the practical application ability of the Russian language for cadets as an important part of the cultivation of growing officers’ability quality.In the face of the necessity and dilemma of carrying out public Russian language in military schools,this paper takes the six basic principles of foreign language learning as the basis,combines them with the actual situation of military schools,and puts forward new application principles.By analysing the foreign language curriculum of the Peter the Great strategic Rocket Force Academy of Russia,the paper explores the possibility of constructing a foreign language-military-professional disciplinary chain by orienting the teaching of the Russian language in domestic military academies to military practice,so that trainees will not only be able to use their knowledge of the Russian language to complete scientific research tasks and interpersonal communication tasks,but also help to improve the level of their military professionalism.
