化学学科研究生教育质量保障体系改革与实践——以临沂大学为例

摘　　要：在研究生扩招的大背景下,地方高校研究生教育面临着研究生生源质量不高、研究生理论基础薄弱、师资队伍建设任务重等一系列问题。结合临沂大学研究生教育培养现状,以化学学科硕士研究生为研究对象,通过探索构建生源质量—学科团队—管理创新“三位一体”的质量保障体系,形成生源、导师和管理三者之间的相互支撑、相互促进,并构建基于科研团队的科研分组培养模式,将有限的师资力量合理分配,使导师的指导水平达到高境界,学生得到优指导,从而促进研究生培养质量不断提高。Under the background of expanding enrollment of postgraduates,local universities are facing a series of problems in postgraduate education,such as relatively low quality of students,weak theoretical foundation,and heavy tasks of faculty construction.Combining with the current situation of graduate education at Linyi University,focusing on master’s students in the discipline of chemistry,this study explores the construction of a three-in-one quality assurance system integrating“student source quality,discipline team,and management innovation”.This system establishes a mutual support and promotion among“student source,supervisor,and management”and builds a“research team-based training model”by allocating limited faculty resources reasonably,aiming to elevate the guidance level of supervisors to the highest level and provide optimal guidance for students.As a result,the quality of graduate education continues to improve.
