摘 要:受南疆荒漠绿洲地区气候约束及人为影响,城镇地表水时空分配不均现象严重,传统水资源利用模式难以满足现代绿洲发展需求。针对城镇转型中水源紧缺、气候约束下的治水考验、水城分离下的服务缺失等问题,通过循环调蓄一体化的水网格局重塑、防洪景观与生态修复的在地性设计、绿洲特色滨水功能服务体系搭建,激发水资源综合服务潜力,促进现代荒漠绿洲水城融合。Due to climate constraints and human influence in the desert oasis area of southern Xinjiang,the uneven distribution of urban surface water in time and space is severe,and traditional water resource utilization models are difficult to meet the needs of modern oasis development.In response to issues such as water scarcity under urban transformation,water control challenges under climate constraints,and service deficiencies under the separation of water and urban areas,by reshaping the water network pattern through integrated cycle regulation and storage,designing local flood control landscapes and ecological restoration,and building a unique oasis waterfront functional service system,the potential for comprehensive water resource services is stimulated,to promote the integration of modern desert oasis water and urban areas.
