共享理念下城市人居环境改造提升研究——以衢州城市“拆墙透绿”行动为例

摘　　要：为最大限度地满足群众对人居环境品质的需求,通过“拆墙透绿”行动实现城市人居环境的共建共享,衢州市对公园、单位和小区等不同用地主体采用开放式空间、通透栏杆、实体围墙3种建设形式大力推进改造提升,打造“无围墙、无边界、无障碍”绿色共享城市。通过改造提升项目实践,总结“拆墙透绿”经验做法,为相关项目提供借鉴。In order to maximize the satisfaction of the public's demand for the quality of living environment and achieve the co-construction and sharing of urban living environment through"demolishing wall and making green",Quzhou City vigorously promotes the renovation and improvement of different land use entities such as parks,units,and residential areas through three forms of construction of open space,transparent railings and physical walls,to create a"barrier free,borderless and accessible"green shared city.Through the practice of renovating and improving projects,summarizing the experience and practice of"demolishing wall and making green",to provide references for the renovation and improvement of urban living environment.
