摘 要:为积极践行“两山”理论,深入落实“双碳”战略,推动城乡建设绿色生态高质量发展,建筑设计应始终坚持绿色低碳理念,运用绿色生态技术,采用绿色设计方法,打造因地制宜且与环境和谐共生的建筑。以准格尔旗大路新区矿业学院图书馆项目为例,分析基于绿色低碳理念的图书馆设计方法,营造绿色健康的人居环境,实现人与环境的和谐共生。In order to actively practice the“Two Mountains”theory,deeply implement the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”strategy,and promote the high-quality development of green ecology in urban and rural construction,architectural design should always adhere to the concept of green and low-carbon,use green ecological technology and green design methods,and create buildings that are tailored to local conditions and harmoniously coexist with the environment.Taking the design of the Mining College in Zhungeer Banner’s Dalu New District as an example,the design methods of the library under the concept of green and low-carbon are analyzed,to create a green and healthy living environment,and achieve harmonious coexistence between people and the environment.
