摘　　要：由于社会对复合创新型人才的需求日益增长,原本用于培养专门人才的课堂教学体系已不足以应对这一变化。部分高校开始探索与课堂教学相辅相成的课外教学以创新教学模式。文章在界定复合创新型人才基本特征的基础上,分析了规划类专业“课外培养体系”构建的必要性、功能及体系构成等基本理论问题,并以南京林业大学风景园林学院的研究与实践为例进行了实证分析。With the growing societal demand for compound and innovative talent,the traditional classroom teaching system designed for specialized talent cultivation is no longer sufficient to meet these changes.Some universities have begun exploring extracurricular teaching to complement classroom instruction and innovate teaching models.This article defines the basic characteristics of compound and innovative talent and analyzes the necessity,functions,and framework of building an"extracurricular education system"for planning-related disciplines.Using the research and practice at the College of Landscape Architecture at Nanjing Forestry University as a case study,the article provides an empirical analysis of this approach.
