摘 要:为了快速鉴定水稻耐旱性基因资源和耐旱候选基因,本研究建立了一种基于图像识别技术测量水稻在PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)模拟干旱胁迫和H2O2胁迫处理条件下的绿叶率反映水稻耐旱性的方法,相关性分析表明图像识别技术测量的绿叶率与实测的绿叶比重呈极显著正相关,相关系数大于0.85。利用该方法测量了‘珍汕97B’‘/IRAT109’重组自交系群体在PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)模拟干旱胁迫和H2O2胁迫处理条件下的绿叶率,并结合该群体的基因型数据开展了QTL定位分析,两种胁迫处理条件下分别定位了4个QTL。这些定位的QTL将有助于理解水稻耐旱性的遗传基础,同时本研究鉴定获得的耐旱材料和定位的耐旱QTL将为水稻耐旱育种提供基因资源。To quickly identify drought tolerance genetic resources and candidate genes in rice.In this study,a method was established based on image recognition technology to measure the green leaf rate of rice under PEG-6000(polyethylene glycol)simulated drought stress and H2O2 stress treatment conditions,and the correlation analysis showed that the green leaf rate measured by image recognition technology was positively correlated with the measured green leaf rate by weight,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.85.This method was used to measure the green leaf rate of the'Zhenshan97B'/'IRAT109'recombinant inbred population under PEG-6000(polyethylene glycol)simulated drought stress and H2O2 treatment,and QTL mapping analysis was carried out based on the genotype data of the population,and four QTLs were detected under the two stress treatment conditions.These identified QTLs will help understand the genetic basis of drought tolerance in rice,and this study will provide genetic resources for drought tolerance breeding of rice by identifying drought tolerant materials and drought tolerance QTLs.
