摘  要:水分在作物的整个生长发育过程中起着至关重要的作用。种子萌芽期缺水会严重影响发芽率,进而影响作物的产量。本研究以80份玉米自交系为试验材料,在20%PEG-6000干旱胁迫下,测定各自交系胚芽和胚根长度、发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数等性状指标,旨在探究干旱胁迫对玉米萌发状况的影响,并利用隶属函数法对自交系进行综合性评价。性状变异分析表明,在20%PEG-6000干旱胁迫条件下,胚根和胚芽的生长受到不同程度的抑制,玉米的发芽率和活力指数降低;方差分析结果表明,性状间差异均达到极显著水平;相关分析结果表明,除了胁迫处理和CK处理中胚芽鲜重和发芽指数相关系数不显著外,其他性状间均达到显著或极显著水平;玉米自交系萌发期抗旱能力强弱,采用萌发抗旱指数及其算得的隶属函数值进行综合评价,结果表明自交系wyx064抗旱能力最强。根据隶属函数值进行聚类分析,将80份试验材料分为4类:第Ⅰ类耐旱材料、第Ⅱ类中度耐旱材料、第Ⅲ类一般敏感材料型和第Ⅳ类旱敏感材料。Water plays a crucial role throughout the entire growth and development process of crops.Water shortage at seed germination stage seriously affects the germination rate and then affects crop yield.In this study,80 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials to determine the length of embryo and radicle,germination potential,germination rate and germination index of each inbred line under 20%PEG-6000 drought stress were measured to explore the effect of drought stress on maize germination,and the inbred lines were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The trait variation analysis showed that under 20%PEG-6000 drought stress,the growth of radicle and embryo was inhibited to varying degrees,and the germination rate and vigor index of maize decreased.The results of variance analysis showed that the differences between traits were extremely significant.The correlation analysis results indicated that except the correlation coefficient between the fresh weight of embryo and germination index was not significant in the stress treatment and CK treatment,other traits reached significant or extremely significant levels.The drought resistance ability of maize inbred lines at germination stage was evaluated by germination drought resistance index and its calculated membership function value.The results showed that wyx064 had the strongest drought resistance ability.80 experimental materials were divided into four categories by cluster analysis according to the membership function value:the first group of drought resistant materials,the second group of moderate drought resistant materials,the third group of general sensitive materials and the fourth group of drought sensitive materials.
