摘 要:文心兰(Oncidium)花梗质量是评价其鲜切花等级的重要指标,为选育优良切花品种,以99份文心兰种质资源为研究对象,连续2年在盛花期对其花梗长度、花梗直径和花梗硬度进行表型性状测定,并进行最佳线性无偏预测(best linear unbiased prediction,BLUP),基于BLUP值计算花梗性状的遗传力和相关分析。结果显示,花梗长度的差异性显著且遗传力较高,该性状可以在早期世代中进行选择。使用R语言hclust函数对99份文心兰种质资源进行层次聚类分析,筛选出有较大潜力作为切花品种进行重点选育的25份种质资源,以‘博大1号’和‘南茜’为代表,其特点是花梗长,花梗硬度高且粗壮。相关性分析表明,花梗长度、直径和硬度之间均呈现正相关,且花梗长度与直径呈极显著正相关(P=0.58***),说明文心兰花梗的长度与直径之间关系密切,因此在选育切花新品种时,为培育花枝长且坚韧的性状,可根据相关性进行选择。在育种过程中,应当综合评估性状之间的相互关联,以免在筛选过程中错失优质材料。本研究结果可为文心兰切花新品种的选育或杂交育种提供参考依据。The quality of Oncidium pedicels serves as a crucial indicator for evaluating the grade of cut flowers.In order to select and breed superior cut flower varieties,a study was conducted on 99 Oncidium germplasm resources.Over the course of two consecutive years during the flowering phase,measurements were taken of the pedicel length,diameter,and hardness.Phenotypic traits were analyzed,and best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)was performed.The heritability and correlation analysis of pedicel traits were calculated based on BLUP values.The results showed that the differences in pedicel length were significant,and the heritability was high,so selection can be made in the early generations.Using the R language hclust package,99 of Oncidium accessions were clustered by hierarchical cluster analysis,and 25 accessions with great potential for cut flower cultivar development were screened out,represented by'Boda No.1'and Oncidium'Gower Ramsey'.Their characteristics were longer pedicels,higher pedicel hard-ness and strong.Correlation analysis shows that the lengths,diameters and hardness of the pedicels are positively correlated,and the length and diameter of the pedicels are significantly posi tive correlated(P=0.58***),indicating that the length and diameter of Oncidium pedicels are closely related.There-fore,when selecting new cut flower varieties for the trait of long and tough flowering pedicels,selection can be based on correlation.In the new cultivar development process,the correlation between traits should be comprehensively evaluated,so to keep selection from miss high-quality materials in the screening process.The results of this study can serve as a reference basis for the selection and hybridization breeding of Oncidium germplasm.
