摘　　要：由Pectobacterium spp.引起的细菌性软腐病对作物田间生产和储存等造成了严重的产量和经济损失,病害一旦发生便难以控制。本研究对Pectobacterium spp.细菌的寄主范围与传播途径,主要致病因子及其调控系统和生物防治的研究进展予以概述,以期为这一重要领域的研究和从分子水平上阐明病原细菌Pectobacterium spp.的致病机理提供理论参考。Bacterial soft rot caused by Pectobacterium spp.has caused serious yield and economic losses to crop field production and storage.Once the disease occurs,it is difficult to control.In this study,the host range and transmission route of Pectobacterium spp.,the main pathogenic factors and their regulatory systems,and the research progress of biological control,with a view to studying this important field and clarifying the pathogenic bacteria Pectobacterium spp.at the molecular level.The pathogenic mechanism provides theoretical reference.
