摘　　要：随着全球种业竞争的加剧,研发投入在种业企业中扮演了越来越关键的角色。本研究通过深入分析农发种业、荃银高科和登海种业三家企业的2023年年报,探讨了研发投入与经济产出之间的直接和长期关系。研究发现,适当的研发投入能显著提高企业的市场竞争力和经济效益,尤其是在提升产品创新、增加销售收入和优化成本结构方面表现突出。此外,本研究还讨论了影响研发投入效果的内部和外部因素,为种业企业的研发战略提供了政策建议。通过本研究,期望能为种业企业制定更有效的研发投资策略提供参考,同时对种业的可持续发展做出理论和实践上的贡献。As global competition in the seed industry intensifies,R&D investment plays an increasingly crucial role in seed industry enterprises.This study explores the direct and long-term relationships between R&D investment and economic output by deeply analyzing the 2023 annual reports of three companies:Nongfa Seed Industry,Quanyin High-tech,and Denghai Seed Industry.The research finds that appropriate R&D investments can significantly enhance a company's market competitiveness and economic benefits,particularly in improving product innovation,increasing sales revenue,and optimizing cost structures.Moreover,this paper discusses the internal and external factors affecting the effectiveness of R&D investments and provides policy recommendations for the R&D strategies of seed industry enterprises.Through this research,we aim to offer guidance for formulating more effective R&D investment strategies for seed industry enterprises,contributing both theoretically and practically to the sustainable development of the seed industry.
