摘　　要：本研究深入探讨了南繁硅谷CRO平台在全球种业中的作用、面临的挑战以及适应国际种业法规的策略。研究首先分析了南繁硅谷CRO平台的业务运作和技术创新路径,强调了其在推动种业科技进步中的关键角色。通过案例分析,揭示了南繁硅谷CRO服务提供者面对复杂法规环境的有效适应方法,探讨了CRO平台在面对国际种业法规时采取的多元化应对策略,包括内部政策调整、技术和管理创新以及国际合作等方面。研究指出,随着全球法规的持续变化,CRO平台需不断优化其策略以应对挑战。研究还进一步展望了CRO平台未来的研究方向,包括数据保护、应对气候变化和人工智能技术的应用。本研究期望能为种业CRO的创新与发展提供理论支持和实践指导,为未来种业的国际合作和科技进步提供借鉴与参考。This study delves into the role of the Nanfan Agricultural Silicon Valley CRO platform in the global seed industry,the challenges it faces,and its strategies for adapting to international seed industry regulations.The study first analyzes the business operations and technological innovation pathways of the Nanfan Agricultural Silicon Valley CRO platform,highlighting its critical role in advancing seed industry technology.Through case studies,it reveals the effective methods that service providers on the Nanfan Agricultural Silicon Valley CRO platform use to adapt to complex regulatory environments,and discusses the diversified strategies the CRO platform adopts in response to international seed industry regulations,including internal policy adjustments,technological and management innovations,and international cooperation.The study notes that with the continuous changes in global regulations,CRO platforms need to constantly optimize their strategies to meet challenges.The study further looks into the future research directions of CRO platforms,including data protection,addressing climate change,and the application of artificial intelligence technology.This study hopes to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovation and development of the seed industry CRO,and to offer references for future international cooperation and technological progress in the seed industry.
