市政污水排放量时空规律及影响因素分析

摘  要:整理2012—2021年中国31省(区、市)的污水排放量数据,使用莫兰指数、Dagum基尼系数和空间杜宾模型对市政污水排放量的时空分布特点及其影响因素进行分析。得出以下结论:(1)通过绘制莫兰散点图发现我国市政污水排放量的时空分布出现空间聚集的现象,并且各地区间的污水排放量均匀性较低;(2)通过Dagum基尼系数分析得到我国整体的污水排放量差异呈现出较为稳定的趋势,造成该局面的主要贡献源来自于各地区之间的差异,其年均贡献率达到了65.47%;(3)运用空间杜宾模型分析得出地区内的人口数量、经济水平以及工业化水平对该地区的市政污水排放量有着显著的正向影响,其中经济水平和人口数量表现出显著的溢出效益,说明高经济水平和高人口地区对周边地区的污水排放量大小也有着正向的驱动作用。The data on sewage discharge in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)of China from 2012 to 2021 are collated,and the characteristics of the spatial and temporal distribution of municipal sewage discharge and its influencing factors are analyzed using Moran's index,Dagum's Gini coefficient and the spatial Durbin model.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)By drawing the Moran scatter diagram,it is found that the spatial and temporal distribution of municipal sewage discharge in China appears to be spatially clustered,and the uniformity of sewage discharge between regions is low.(2)By analyzing the Gini coefficient,it is obtained that the difference in sewage discharge between regions in China contributes the most,and is the main reason for the difference in overall sewage discharge.(3)Using the spatial Durbin model analysis,it is concluded that the population size,economic level and industrialization level within the region have a significant positive influence on the municipal wastewater discharge volume in the region,where the economic level and population size show significant spillover benefits,indicating that high economic level and high population areas also have a positive driving effect on the magnitude of wastewater discharge volume in the surrounding areas.
