东部某生活垃圾填埋场渗沥液全量化处理工艺实践

摘  要:东部某生活垃圾填埋场渗沥液采用“预处理+氨吹脱结晶+两级AO+MBR+NF”处理垃圾渗沥液,处理后水质满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)中表2标准,副产物硫酸铵晶体满足《工业硫酸铵》(HG/T 5744—2020)一等品要求,利用渗沥液中氨氮转变为硫酸铵晶体的方法为国内首创。NF浓缩液采用“RO膜减量+吸附+电氧化”处理工艺,RO膜减量后水质满足“《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB 19923—2005)”敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水标准后厂区回用,RO膜浓缩液处理达标后排放。该渗沥液项目全量化处理运行成本114.27元/t,对国内同类项目具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。The leachate of a domestic waste landfill in the east was treated by"pretreatment+ammonia stripping crystallization+two-stage AO+MBR+NF".The treated water quality met the Table 2 standard of"Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill Site"(GB 16889—2008).The by-product ammonium sulfate crystal met the first-class product requirements of HG/T 5744—2020"Industrial Ammonium Sulfate".The method of converting ammonia nitrogen in leachate into ammonium sulfate crystal was the first in China.The NF concentrate was treated by"RO membrane reduction+adsorption+electro-oxidation"treatment process.The water quality after RO membrane reduction met the standard of"urban sewage reuse industrial water quality(GB 19923—2005)"open circulating cooling water system supplementary water reuse,and the RO membrane concentrate was discharged after the treatment reached the standard.The leachate project fully quantified the operation cost of 114.27 yuan per ton of water,which has certain reference value and reference significance for similar projects in China.
