数据资源-传统资源匹配对转型升级的影响机制——技术创新的中介效应

摘　　要：利用2015—2022年制造企业样本数据,基于资源匹配视角,采用多项式回归和响应面分析的方法,探讨传统资源与数据资源匹配一致性和不一致性对企业转型升级的影响,以及技术创新在其间的中介作用。结果表明:“传统资源—数据资源”匹配一致性越高,企业转型升级效果越好;在一致情形中,“低传统资源-低数据资源”匹配向“高传统资源-高数据资源”匹配发展,更有助于企业转型升级;在不一致情形中,相对于“低传统资源-高数据资源”不匹配状态,“高传统资源-低数据资源”不匹配状态下的企业拥有更高的转型升级水平;作用机制结果表明,“传统资源-数据资源”匹配可以通过促进创新增量提质助力企业转型升级。Based on the sample data of manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2022,from the perspective of resource matching,this paper adopted polynomial regression and response surface analysis to explore the impact of consistency and inconsistency between data resources and traditional resources on enterprise transformation and upgrading,as well as the mediating role of technological innovation.The results show that the higher the consistency of matching between traditional resources and data resources,the better the transformation and upgrading effect of enterprises.In the consistent situation,the matching development from "low traditional resource-low data resource" to "high traditional resource-high data resource" is more conducive to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.In the inconsistent situation,compared with the mismatch state of "low traditional resources-high data resources",the enterprises in the mismatch state of "high traditional resources-low data resources" have a higher transformation and upgrading level.The results of the mechanism of action show that the matching of "traditional resource-data resources" can help enterprises transform and upgrade by promoting innovation incremental quality improvement.
