摘  要:高炉料面形状信息对高炉布料的调节具有重要的参考价值,高炉料面测量这一技术难题逐渐成为研究热点。结合国内外研究现状,该文根据测量方式将高炉料面测量技术分为机械探尺、料面成像技术、激光料位测量技术以及雷达料位测量技术。机械探尺技术成熟,但只能对料位高度进行单点间断测量。料面成像技术主要包括红外成像和工业内窥镜成像,能够获取料面表面温度场或者可见光图像,但难以直接测量料位高度且对粉尘穿透能力较弱。激光料位测量技术按照测量原理可分为相位法、脉冲法以及三角法,测量精度三角法最高,相位法次之,脉冲法最差。采用扫描技术可以将激光料位测量技术应用于料位二维剖面高度测量或者料位高度三维形貌测量,但仍然存在对粉尘穿透力弱的问题。雷达料位测量技术具有很好的穿透能力,但距离分辨率和角度分辨率较差。最后,展望基于三角法的激光料位三维测量技术以及具有高距离分辨率和角度分辨率的雷达料位高度三维测量技术,在未来具有良好的技术应用前景。The shape information of blast furnace burden surface is an important reference value for the adjustment of blast furnace charge distribution.The technical problem of blast furnace burden surface measurement has gradually become a research focus.Combined with the domestic and international research status,the blast furnace burden surface measurement technology is divided into mechanical probe,burden surface imaging techniques,laser burden surface measurement technology and radar burden surface measurement technology.The mechanical probe technology is mature,but it can only measure the height of the burden surface intermittently at a single point.The burden surface imaging technologies mainly include infrared imaging and industrial endoscope imaging,which can obtain the temperature field of the burden surface or visible light image.However,it is difficult to measure the burden surface height directly and the dust penetration ability is weak.According to the measurement principle,laser burden surface measurement technology can be divided into phase-shift ranging,pulse ranging and triangulation ranging.Triangulation ranging is the most accurate measurement method,phase-shift ranging is second,pulse ranging is the worst.Scanning technology can be used to measure the 2D profile height of the burden surface or the 3D shape of the burden surface.But there is still a problem of weak penetration of dust.Radar burden surface measurement technology has excellent penetration ability,but the range resolution and angular resolution are poor.Finally,the 3D measurement technology of laser burden surface based on triangulation ranging and radar burden surface height measurement technology with high range resolution and angular resolution are prospected,which will have a good application prospect in the future.
