摘  要:淮南煤田为高瓦斯煤田,煤层碎软低渗,瓦斯抽采难度大。在分析淮南潘谢矿区13-1煤层储层特征的基础上,基于顶板岩石脆性指数和煤层三向地应力探讨煤层顶板分段压裂水平井技术地质条件的可行性,并施工PYD-01顶板分段压裂水平井开展抽采工程试验。结果表明:潘谢矿区13-1煤层为全区稳定可采煤层,厚度大,埋藏深度适中,含气量较高,煤层气成藏条件较好。砂质泥岩脆性指数大于泥岩,三向应力场类型主要为σh,max>σv>σh,min,具备实施顶板分段压裂水平井技术地质条件。PYD-01井抽采第350 d时通过井下定向长钻孔密闭取心测试发现在距水平段79m处瓦斯含量由11.85m3/t降低7.94m3/t;在水平段50m处瓦斯压力由6.8MPa降至2.4MPa且在孔内发现压裂砂,验证了顶板分段压裂水平井技术的可行性。Huainan coal field is a high gas area,with soft,low permeability,and difficult in extraction.The PYD-01 staged fracturing horizontal well in roof was constructed to carry out the extraction engineering test,based on the analysis of the characteristics of 13-1 coal reservoir in Panxie mining area of Huainan,the discussion of feasibility of technical geological conditions of staged fracturing horizontal well in roof of coal seam with the brittleness index of roof rock and the a three-dimensional in-situ stress of coal seam.The results showed that the 13-1 coal seam in Panxie mining area was a stable mineable coal seam with large thickness,moderate burial depth,high gas content,and accumulation conditions of CBM was well.The brittleness index of sandy mudstone was greater than that of mudstone,and three-dimensional stress was mainlyσh,max>σv>σh,min,which had the geological conditions for the implementation horizontal well of staged fracturing in roof.The gas content at 79m from the horizontal section of PYD-01 staged fracturing horizontal well in roof decreased from 11.85 m3/t to 7.94 m3/t,and the gas pressure at 50 m from the horizontal section decreased from 6.8 MPa to 2.4 MPa,and fracturing sand was found in the hole,which verified the feasibility of the roof staged fracturing horizontal well technology.
